- Inspection completion notifications (landlords)
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on inspection scheduling activity. Tenants typically receive 2-6 messages per inspection cycle. Landlords receive 1 message per completed inspection.
Opt-Out: You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from CheckMyRental. Note that opting out may affect your ability to receive inspection scheduling notifications.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. CheckMyRental does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates may apply.
We use Twilio, a third-party communications platform, to deliver text messages. Phone numbers are shared with Twilio solely for the purpose of message delivery and are not used for marketing or shared with other third parties.
